Our client based at NAGPUR in Maharashtra with a annual turnover of more than 2000 Crores is looking for SAP Add on Module Manager
Minimum graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Information Technologies, with professional qualifications such as Chartered Accounting or MBA
PMP certification and /or other industry and project management certifications
Knowledge of PM methodology, SAP Activate methodology
FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
10+ years relevant enterprise software solution implementation experience, with 5+ years of project management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects, involving SAP technology
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology.
Expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as: project charter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule.
Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.
International implementation experience with Multinational Companies is a plus.
JD for SAP Add On Module Manager –
Conduct project planning activities and manage the execution of projects per plan through the project life cycle from Initiating to close.
Manage relationship with project stakeholders, internal and external, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, and manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables .
Communicate a clear vision of the projects objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
Ensure proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives, ensure use of best practices, methodology, tools and procedures and balance the trade-off of the triple- constraint (time, cost and scope) to realize the expected business value.
Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work, budget and timeline.
Proactively identify risk and issues on the project, establish mitigating actions, escalate issues and risks where needed, and seek resolutions.
Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties, gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained.
Assess, document and communicate risk for the engagement
Coaching & Mentoring
Mentor project teams to ensure implementation of methodology, standards and processes.
Coach to clarify deliverables to project team; review quality of work, manage integration of team members work; provide performance input to project team members functional management.
Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyze lessons learned and share with the organizations project management community.
Participate in the development of project management best practices.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
In-depth understanding of SAP add on solutions like BI / BW / BPC / Fiori / DMS / CRM / EHS and of the consulting business processes and functions.
Proficiency with project management methodology, tools and processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
Conceptual analytical thinking and decision making skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and team members.
