Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets
Work with channel partners to develop customer-specific product and service proposals, and
promotional offerings.
Coaching the sales team at dealership/ distributors helping them to generate the enquiries
Identifying and Participating in the promotional activities
Grow and manage the business in geographic territory.
Provide accurate forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual sales by account and for the region.
Understanding the end user’s/ farmer’s requirements and latent needs and communicate to HQ

Who can apply:
Any graduate, MBA in Sales and Marketing will be advantage. 3-4 years of experience in agricultural
products’ (seeds/fertilizers/ agri equipment) sales role in rural market. Good communication skills
required.
