  1. Basic Requirements
  • Educational Qualification : B.E or Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation)
  • Age : 26 to 30 Years
  • Experience: 3to 6 years in Sales and should only from Lift Industry. Also experience of Exports is
  • Location: Pune
  1. Salary Offered

Upto INR 3.5 – 5.00 Lacs /annum

  1. Purpose of the Job
  • To Handle Direct (Lift, Elevators)Sales activities in -Pune- location, Surrounding Maharashtra& Gujarat& North India.
  • Generate sales in line with assigned target with required profitable growth YOY
  • To develop &manage Elevator customers in region (B & C type)
  • To Increase Geography coverage, increase market share & creating awareness of ElevatorSafety regulation/standard amongst various OEM’s, Elevator customers.
  • To manage approval of our company with lift & elevatorsproduct range (with proper specification as per international safety regulation/standard) with various OEM’s, Consultants and End Users. Comes under above mentioned territory.
  • To support customers technically which suits our products.
  1. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities
  • New customer and market development
  • Regular sales reporting/ Working experience on CRM
  • Preparing Techno Commercial Offers
  • To Focus to gain market share of locally manufactured product
  • Collection of Receivables / C Forms
  • MIS Reporting
  • Update of Competitor information/movement and market development
  • Market penetration & Technical Selling
  • Training of Customers
  • Ability to work independently to manage entire sales operation to complete sales cycle.

  • Create more awareness about Schmersal Brand as a safety solution supplier in lift & Elevator industries.
  • To define safety standard with approval as per specification from international safety regulation with various OEM’s, Consultants and End Users
  • Skill to work with distributor to keep proper balance from all the side to set up healthy Channel management to improve their sales share

  • Working experience to manage Channel sales management to develop channel sales network
  • Technically sound with good level of understanding for faster improvement
  • Promotional Activities for Local Sales
  • Good Presentation and Negotiation skill
  • Detail knowledge of all commercial factors like taxes & duties from sales point of view
  • Competitor Knowledge
  • CRM &SAP knowledge preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Industrial Safety norms & Standard
