Total years of experience : 8-10 years of prior work experience
Qualification : Engineer (If MBA Or CIPET an added advantage) with at least 8-10 years of prior work experience, ideally in business development / design and development. Costing, Planning, Projects execution and business feasibility for new projects. (ROI, IRR, Payback)
Reporting To : Directly to GM
Salary range : 10 to 12 Lacs pa. (INR)
Job Purpose & Accountabilities
- Ability to think out-of-the-box. Strong creative outlook.
- Analytical approach to problem solving and product development.
- Should be a person capable of developing relations with OEM’s, Tier-1’s by using his network to explore new business applications.
- Should be able to work closely with Head – Sales and Marketing and under the guidance BU Head to visualise and lead the development of new / innovative product ideas utilising BU COMPOSITE scope of products in appropriate sector.
- Should have worked with OEM’s, Tier-1 companies in an automotive industry.
- Ability to work with Tier-1’s OEM’s on new applications. Exposure to thermoforming / injection moulding processes. Techno-commercial approach while developing new applications should be an added advantage. Good English speaking and writing skills and ability to make presentations and interact with senior management of OEMs and Consumer Product companies and also branding of our company via several events such / tech shows / updating via newsletters…
- Maintaining and building customer relationships.
- Should be proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point. Should be able to make presentations to Tier-1, OEM’s or any other customers.
- Having exposure to work in MNC culture would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Automotive OEM / Tier-1 / similar field related industries will be preferred.
- Team player and ready to travel extensively. Energetic ! Ready to move within / outside India within short notice. Valid Passport must.
- Long term goal will be to develop him to become the “Adriano of APPL GOR “
- Ability to interact closely with Technical Head at RENOLIT GOR, Buriasco.
